Cancellation Policy

We want every participant to enrol in the Author in Command Programme with complete confidence. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both participants and the programme.

Before the Strategy Planner is dispatched

If you choose to cancel your place before your Strategy Planner has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid.

After the Strategy Planner has been dispatched

The Strategy Planner is an integral part of the Author in Command Programme and contains the proprietary frameworks, methodologies and exercises that form a substantial part of the programme itself.

Once the Strategy Planner has been dispatched, a significant portion of the programme has already been delivered. For this reason, refunds cannot be given after dispatch.

If you are unable to attend

If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from taking part in your scheduled programme, please contact us as soon as possible.

Wherever practical, and at our discretion, we will endeavour to transfer your place to a future programme, subject to availability. Requests to transfer should normally be made before the first live session.

If we cancel or postpone a programme

If we are unable to deliver a programme as scheduled, you may choose either:

• a full refund; or

• a transfer to a future programme.

Intellectual Property

The Strategy Planner and all accompanying programme materials are supplied exclusively for your personal use as a participant in the Author in Command Programme.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, recorded, adapted or used to deliver training to others without our prior written permission.

How to cancel

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing using the contact details provided on the Author in Command website. Any refund due under this policy will be made to your original method of payment.
